A Great Hero to Fiji Rugby
Former Suva and Fiji Rugby 15s Prop and Captain Mosese Taga was laid to rest on the 8th Feburary 2022. Mosese Taga started working in the banking industry as a 19 yrs of age and currently enjoying his retirement and supporting community and his village rugby team. Mr Taga made his debut for the Fiji Rugby (Flying Fijian) during the Rugby World Cup 1987 in New Zealand. He played along side some famous rugby player such as Manasa Qoro and Tomasi Cama. Upon return, Taga continued to play for the Suva Rugby Unio and Flying Fijians. His last debut was in 1998 with the Australia at Parramatta Stadium in Sydney. Mr Taga will be miss with his on and off the field good records and performances.

Ms Karalaini Tubuna wanted to waord alongside his father for the United Nation but that dream was shattered by the vehicle accident along Nabouwalu Highway. With tears running down his face, Mr Tubuna shared that her daughter had a lot of dreams to achieve. Recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Climate Change, Ms Tubuna has establish the right path for her Career. Karalaini was the eldest out of four sibling and she was leading by example to be success in life. Kara was laid to rest on the 21st of November 2020 at the Tamavua Village Cemetery.
